In this option, you combine the kefir diet with other low-calorie foods: low-fat meat and cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits, herbs, honey. The amount of kefir consumed per day does not exceed one and a half liters. The fat content of kefir does not exceed 1%. The best choice would be to prepare a certain food group every day. Salt, oil, fatty meat, bananas, grapes, alcohol, flour and bakery, sugar, milk are strictly prohibited. Remember to drink water between meals.
